Memphis abounds in parklands and green spaces which offer plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities. In particular, Audubon Park offers tennis and field sports, while Overton Park offers more opportunities for golf and relaxation. Spread around the city are various sporting complexes that have facilities for fitness, indoor sports and swimming.
